Vishal Reddy

Founder & CEO

Builtful is founded by Vishal Reddy, whose vast experience in Construction & Real Estate industry is put into the formation and functioning of Builtiful. His Masters in International Management coupled with on field construction expertise in India & UK, envisioned him to set up Builtiful, with a simple vision to change private housing for the better. Apart from implementing the European codes of construction practices he picked up, he also steered Builtful as a brand that extensively uses technology to control costs and manage projects remotely.

Carrying the construction legacy of over three generations, Vishal with his sheer commitment led the brand to create seamless customer experiences. Decades long tie-ups with experienced workforce, tech enabled project management systems, Over 310+ construction quality inspections, and exclusive tie-ups with top-notch architects & designers in the city are the key brand differentiators that he introduced.

Vaishnavi Reddy

Co-Founder & CTO

Adept at implementing tech based solutions for the current and future needs is the knack that Vaishnavi is best with. A tech wizard, she has been on board of two tech start-ups before venturing to Builtful as a Co-founder & CTO. She brings along with her the tech expertise that is much needed in the construction industry that is least digitised. She has an impressive track record of bringing in the latest technologies to create solutions that offer an ultimate customer experience.

Her vision of widespread adoption of new technologies in a fragmented industry is something that echoes in Builtful projects. With her inputs, Builtiful is able to provide clients with seamless tracking of their projects on their devices including daily reports, pictures, and timeline tracking.

Shivender Reddy

Chief Advisor & Head Of Operations

A powerhouse of experience, Mr.Shivender Reddy brings a unique mix of synergy to Builtful blending his project management skills with his construction expertise. His wealth of knowledge spans from design to pre-construction, from procurement to execution, from commissioning to project delivery.

He has led scores of people that include site engineers, Civil Engineers, workers to successfully complete some of the most iconic buildings of Hyderabad. His wealth of knowledge clearly resonates in the quality of construction and execution of complex realty projects.

He spearheads Builtful on efficient workforce management, setting quality standards, project timelines and oversees overall project operations.
