An NRI, US-based client commissioned the architectural execution of a stilt+4 apartment complex in Kondapur. The project has been designed for additional rental income purposes and sprawls across an 8000 sq ft area. One of the significant challenges Builtiful tackled was getting approvals on calls in a completely different time zone. However, we ensured that the client was informed about the entire turnkey process through effective communication. In addition, we shared all project details and site records with the client using advanced project management software. 

Since the project was being constructed for rental income purposes, we had to ensure timely execution. To speed things up, we used double height centring techniques that helped us complete the end-to-end execution of the superstructure within just 3.5 months. The client and architects were accommodating of our suggestions. Even though the discussions happened digitally, we could share our recommendations with drawings that the clients approved. We then coordinated with the architect to make changes to the layout to maximise space for specific areas that would add more value to rental properties.

Minor issues and challenges were resolved along the way too. For instance, the drawings had small errors that needed rectification per the current site conditions. We coordinated with the architect and client and improvised on the changes to facilitate the same. Overall, we provided fine aesthetic judgement skills, used quality building materials and support based on the project requirements, and offered unique propositions to clients regarding building proposals. We were able to add considerable value to the project by working on solutions that would be appealing to the targeted buyers and appropriate for end goals.
